This research deals with the study of prepositions and their applications in the interpretation of the edification and enlightenment of Sheikh Muhammed Al-Taher Bin Ashour as a semantic grammatical study that helps the learner to understand the interpretation of the Holy Qur’an, and to highlight the importance of these letters and their role in the meaning through the context in which they appeared, as we find Sheikh Al-Taher bin Ashour taking care of a statement of meanings These letters and their indications in the verse highlighting the issue of rotation and increase, if not in detail, which made us follow these places and manage them and understand them to reach the indications, and it is difficult for us to deal with all prepositions for their multiplicity, and it is sufficient to indicate the eating of the famous ones.
