Space represents a central concept cognitive sciences because of its role in thinking, constructing meaning and representing the world. This includes the position that the body had reached in cognitive presentation and its role in understanding and thought. Thinking is no longer abstract and separated from our understanding of the world away from the body. In fact, we live with the embodied thinking. This study attempts to show the role that space plays in both the representation of the structures of language with its two categories; the closed and the open and the representation of the structures of discourses as well.
