The aim of this research is to uncover the hidden side of argumentation that is fallacy, being a discourse strategy adopted by speakers to attain their objectives and intentions. Thus, they adopt such a strategy to hide and deceive the receiver by simulating that their arguments are true and their inference is well established. The fallacy is based on selected words combined to logic and certain acts and exploiting all contextual data given by communicative situation. To understand how fallacy functions, we will study authentic samples selected from Ibn Eljawzi's book "the clever ones", where we found dialogues between several speakers in different situations in such a way that permits a deep study for the phenomenon and to define its types and mechanisms used to set a powerful fallacy.
