Due to the great importance of the argumentation theory in the extrapolation of our Arabic heritage we choose to search in the mechanisms of its application. In one of the old speeches which is the speech of Arab delegations to kesrah trying to monitor how to convince the meted and to search in the reservoirs of the argumentative energy. that the Arabic language allows in this thesis as well as working on showing the effect of the ends of this speech argumentatively and to what extent it contributes in the success of the speech according to the arguments they have presented to prove their opinion and defend their ideas in the different positions of this speech.
