This Research try to investigates two issues which linked to each other, the first issue depends on a different hypothesis about the parts of communicative process of language, where become in two parts only (text product, and text), so all partners, all parts and other possible conditions modify as strategies through of them. The other issue is based on the grounds that the fallacy positioned in the process communicative text product, and text. any text is argumentation in it depth whatsoever, fallacy is the basis of argumentation not a distorted form of it, the search reach to a new concept of the inversion of the argumentation or legitimate fallacy, the fallacies interact in a dialectical process with the discovering and analyzed it by two ways, either another analyzed fallacy, or scientific analysis.
