The researcher saw that the presentation of two schools in the language function, one of which
represents one of the flags of the linguistic heritage (Ibn Jannie), which found the features of linguistic
thinking, especially in his books "characteristics, the secret of the industry of expression, and calculated" He is,
in my opinion, the first pioneer in functional studies And the second French scientist (André Martineh), a
pioneer of the functional school in Western Languages studies, where he took the language function concept
and terminology a large area in his linguistic analyzes.
This research is divided into sections, first: the job and the principles of functional in which the job dealt
with language and terminology and then touched on the function of the language in which the views of Ibn
Jannie and Martini were presented in relation to this aspect of social language and its continuity And then
came the requirement of dual chopping or the so-called double-word, and concluded the a voice
phenomenon mentioned by Ibn Jannie and Martineh, which is the phonology - the Science of Voices - and
