المستخلص

The study aimed to identify the Neuro-linguistic programming and its relation to the organizational
power of high school principals. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the sample of the
study was (200) secondary school principals. The researcher used Neuro-linguistic programming test and
the organizational power measure. The validity of the two instruments was verified using the internal
consistency of the Alpha Kronbach. The most important of which are: The Neuro-linguistic programming
of high school principals is higher than the theoretical level for the test and their organizational power is of
a high level indicating that the sample has an organizational force compared to the theoretical level. The
study showed a significant correlation between Neuro-linguistic programming And organizational power.
