This study examines the test of the parallel approaches to the Arabic and modern linguistic thought especially French and English in the structure of the sentence and its equivalent grammatical concepts, in the theoretical universal grammar/general grammar, as a set of hypotheses of a linguistic nature, arises at its roots by the laws of thought. The purpose we are pursuing in this research is to shed a new light on the patrimony of Arabic language thinking about these concepts, emanating from the descriptive method of the contrastive applied studies, trying to Re-order the language ideas, identify common and differential characteristics, and the multiplicity of the intellectual standing in the language systems.
For all of this it is necessary to consider carefully, and the slow study with the aim of giving a just judgment in this topic ; which is one of the French scholars called to assert the declaration that Arabic grammar should be read in the light of other languages, it is not a one-grammar, but a multi-grammar, not a unique grammar in its formation, and even a hereditary kinship with other cultures, and it is not out of time because it is historical, In total, any language such as the rest is among many others.
